breakfast: yog cereal jammie 5/5 lunch: low carb tortilla (these are actually good) 1 baba ganoush .5 veggies chef's salad 4/11.5 latte 2/13.5 mms 5/18.5 something else no doubt dinner: something w/turkey, mushrooms,zuchinni and red pepper exercise: weights, gym (55 min), dog putter, gardening tonight water- yup, at least 60 oz vitamin: si,si |
