Hi everyone,

I found this site on the WW message boards and it's a great site! I'm so glad there are so many resources out there for information and support -- the web is a wonderful thing!!!

About me: I've been OP since 1/10/02 and have lost 37.5 lbs. I had made my 40 lb. milestone but went on vacation last weekend and went off program for the weekend -- so I was expecting a gain. But those three lbs. are just temporary residents because I'm back on track and serious as ever.

I look forward to sharing in all of your successes as well!!

Welcome to 3FC! You're right about the support; there is a great deal of caring and support available here. I usually hang out in the "Counting Down from 250" thread but if that doesn't suit you there are lots to choose from! Lots of luck on your journey and achieving that first goal!
