breakfast: lots of yoghurt 3 go lean 2 jam 1/6 rhubarb/strawberry crisp into yoghurt 3/9 lunch: thai leftover 4/13 riso 3/16 carrots not leaving me with lots of points tonight! cilantro pesto 2/18 pasta 3/21 salad or something very large and green spinach soup .5 exercise: yoga, gym 55 min elliptical, dog putter stress level: ever so high |
