Bad Week
I have had a terrible food week. My weigh in day is Saturday. Last week, in spite of exercising 6 out of 7 days and staying within my points I gained .4. I spent my WPA on the weekend and then felt terribly hungry all day on Monday and Tuesday. The past couple weeks I've been focused more and more on "I'm nearly done, it's not happening fast enough, and I feel deprived." Tuesday night I gave in and ate a ton of food. I intended to start over the next day but the cookies won out. Today didn't go any better. I feel like crap.
I need to get back on track. I need to re-read my Beck Diet Solution book. I'm so close! Argh! I can't have a "I can't wait to be done!" mentality because this needs to be a rest of my life lifestyle change. Any encouraging thoughts? |
Hi Jessica - they say the last pounds are the hardest to take off, and that can be so frustrating! Just keep remembering how far you have come, and tell yourself that you WON'T undo all that success. Get out your "before" pictures to motivate and inspire yourself to continue. Judging by your success so far, you can do this! :yes:

A bad week...so what? I am absolutely amazed at your numbers....Get right back on track!!! Be proud of yourself and do not dwell on ONE bad week.

You're right. I should focus on what I've accomplished so far. It's just one crummy week. :)
