b: 1 sl lt tst .5 1 sl lf chz 1 coffee/milk 1 later: choc egg .5 L: salad bar w/ chickpeas 2 lt ranch 2 croutons 1 feta .5 p.m. apple 1 later: pretzel/brdstk 1 dinner: prob pizza - yup salad w/o&v 2 2 slices margarita pizza 18 total: 30.5 |
yippee, friday, actually, I'll have to work the weekend, but just a few hours a day!
breakfast: no pudge brownie (2) ff cool whip (1) how is that to start the day off right? snack: yog (2) go lean (1.5) lunch: salad celery, carrots meat loaf (2.5) snack: nf decaf latte (2) some jr. mints strawberries small cookie (1.5 total) dinner: homemade veggie pizza, light on the cheese please :) 2 choc meringues (1) exercise: missed yoga this am, darnit 5 mile elliptical/50 min flow yoga tonight at gym water: try to vitamin: si,si |
