Intro and WI results

Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to intoduce myself since it is my first time posting in the WW forum. As you can see, my name is Pam. I am 39 years old and will be 40 on October 8th so I thought now is the time to try and get my weight under control. I joined WW last week on 9/17. Tonight was my first WI and I lost 2 pounds. :carrot: Of course, I wanted it to be more because I have no patience ;). I am trying to remember that slow and steady wins the race. (hard lesson to grasp for me, lol).
