I just want to say that I think that this is by far the best weight loss website/message board. Everyone is so encouraging and willing to offer and help that they can and I love it. Its so hard when no one understands what you are going through. Everyone here is very helpful. Just want to say thank you to everyone. :):carrot::cb:

I agree wholeheartedly! This place is awesome, the people are way cool and some of the most positive that I have every found on message boards! I firmly believe that I wouldn't be doing as well as I am without everyone here!

What is so funny, is that something will happen IRL and I will immediately think of the people here... hmmmmmmm "What would (fill in the name) think of this?" or "I can't wait to tell the peeps at 3FC about this!" LOL :) Some of those things aren't necessarily stuff about food or weight loss. It may be about a book, TV show, or just plain observations.
