breakfast: choco egg 1 yogh 2 jam .5 go lean crunch 1.5/5 lunch: spag squash spag sauce w/turkey 3/8 cheese 1/9 carrots salad dressing .5/9.5 snack: nutrigrain bar 3/12.5 dinner: no idea, have roasted chicken, leek bottoms,eggs etc. in fridge exercise: yoga (1.5 hour), gym 50 min, dog putter water: si,si |
