Vacation!
 

I just got back from a weekend in Louisiana! I don't know if you know about all their very fried, southern food, but I'm so proud of myself!

I still lost 2 lbs this week!! Weight Watchers is so awesome!

:carrot: That is great! Don't you feel so empowered.... I know usually when you go on vacation it's the "I can eat what ever I want" mentality, but, to go and be succesful is a great achievement...You go girl!

Thanks for your support. This was my first week doing WW too...so it was really important to me :) But I learned you can still eat from anywhere, if you make the right choices!

Thats really cool! I love weight watchers. Just knowing that I can eat anything I want makes my life so much easier, and more stress free. I went away this past weekend and was so nervous at first. Well I ate everything everyone else did, but half. Worked perfectly for me.
