breakfast: yog 2 jam .5 go lean 1.5 snack: nutrigrain bar 3 lunch: leftover spag squash 0 sauce 3 salad dressing .5 snack: carrot lentil soup 1.5 choc 3 dinner: roasted chicken (breast, no skin) asparagus couscous or potato exercise: 1. 5hour yoga (ouch), 35 min elliptical, dog putter water: si,si |

was at a class all day yesterday. did manage to eat though! :)
