exercise: 1. 5hour yoga (ouch), 35 min elliptical, dog putter

Hi Lala! You're right, this posting does help! (Wow, you are amazing re: exercise. How long have you been doing yoga?)

Breakfast: oat bran, raspberries, toast, Viactiv
Snack: biscotti and herbal tea
Lunch: baked potato, nf sour cream, salad w/o drs, lf sandwich
Snack: banana
Dinner: salad w/lf feta and nf drs, smoked chicken breast, mashed potato, steamed asparagus, 1 glass merlot

Total pts: 27
Earned pts: 2
Exercise: 2.5 miles walk/jog
water: lots
