to weigh in or not to weigh in
 

When do you weigh in if you miss your normal weigh in time?
I am going out of town on Friday - usually go to WW on Saturday. I have already checked and there is not a nearby meeting to attend. Should I go on Thurs?
Would go on Friday but can't miss that much time away from work. Or do I wait until next Saturday? I have a feeling I am making this weigh too complicated but it's only my 2nd weigh in.

Go on Thursday.

If you can make it, go on Thursday. I have a similar problem when I go out of town for the weekend, and I can't make it to the Thursday meeting (I'd have to miss work). So I end up skipping a week and resuming the normal meeting the next week. I hate to do it but sometimes I simply can't make it. Just don't let a break from the meetings turn into a break from the plan :)

Go on Thursday. Then return to your Saturday meeting the following week.

You'll thank yourself later on if you get into the habit of making time to weigh in if you can't make your usual meeting.
