Eating out

I'm on the WW diet but I want how do you keep track of your points and calories when you go out to eat? I'm going out to eat dinner with my parents at the Outback Steak House in a few weeks but they don't carry WW food. What am I suppose to do?

There is a wonderfully huge list of WW points for just about any restaurant chain you can think of at www.dwlz.com. It is updated often.
