Could This Be Right?? Roast & Potatoes??

My husband has been asking for Roast & Potatoes for awhile so I bought a Hormel Pork Roast yesterday and put it in the crockpot with peeled potatoes & carrots - I didn't use a gravy, just filled the crockpot with water. The pork roast had a little gravy in with it. I was trying to figure what the points would be for my meal tonight so that I know what I can afford to eat today. Here's what I've come up with so far:

The nutrition info on the roast:
Packaged Meals: Entrees, Pork Roast Au Jus
Hormel

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Serving Size: x serving, 3 1/2 container (4.9 oz) container (1 lb 1 oz) oz g

Sodium 600 mg 25%
Total Carbs. 1 g 0%
Dietary Fiber 0 g 0%

So, it looks like if I have 1 serving of the small roast (1/3 of package) it'd be - 3 Points

1 Peeled Potatoe -
I'm thinking this nutrition info would be correct??

Vegetables, Fresh: Potatoes, boiled, flesh only, no salt
Average All Brands

So, going off that it looks like the 1 potatoe would be - 2 Points

4 Cooked Baby Carrots - 1 Point (?)

Fat Free Spray Butter on Potatoes & A Little A-1 on Meat For Flavor
Light Salt & Pepper - 1 Point (?)

Water - 0 Points

Think I could safely say this would be a 7 Point Meal??? Seems low for how yummy it is! :o

If you count 1/2 points, like I do, I'd count the carrots as 1/2 points since a whole cup of them are 1 point. I'm not sure about the butter spray, since I don't use it, but I think a few sprays are free.

Enjoy your dinner!

I think its safe to call that a 7 pt. meal. I know that the SmartOne roast beef meal is only 3 pts. so it seems reasonable that your meal would be around 7 if not a little less.

I love roast and potatoes...yummmm!
