feeling blechy and grey here to boot.
breakfast: yoghurt 2 go lean crunch 1.5 latte 2/5.5 snack: breadstick from gh bread 1.5/7 lunch: turkey meat loaf 2/9 rice a roni w/added veg 2/11 carrots snack- luna bar 4/15 dinner: no idea, probably left over meatloaf again 3/18 pita bread 2/20 apple 1 peanut butter 3/24 snack: no idea exercise: 30 min elliptical, dog putter - feeling under the weather, no more exercise today water; oy, si,si vitamin: si,si lala |
