yog 2 kashi crunch 1.5/3.5 coffee lunch: carrots turkey 1.5/5 laughing cow cheese .5/5.5 snack: latte 2/7.5 luna bar 4/12.5 dinner: turkey meatloaf 5/17.5 rice a roni w/veggies 3/20.5 asparagus snack: coffee nutrigrain bar 3/23.5 water; oh you betcha exercise: 3 mile run this am, maybe yoga tonight |
Didn't make it to my WI. Too much work. Probably gained anyway. I am determined that stress or no stress this will be a better week. Today I managed to stay in my range for the first time all week.
