okay, i'm lonely here.
breakfast: yoghurt 2 kashi crunch 1.5/3.5 one meringue (thank goodness, they are gone and won't be purchased again) lunch: ff hot dogs 1.5 pita bread 1.5/6.5 mustard curried spinach salad 2/8.5 snack-class ugh. latte 2/10.5 carrots snack: just 2 pts mint 2 just 2 pts choc 2/14.5 dinner: left over lasagne 3/17.5 tvp meatballs 3/20.5 1/2 birthday cupcake 3/23.5 blts 2/25.5 exercise: yoga 1 hour this evening water- si, si, up to 84 oz. today |
