I'm still here (barely! :D )
B: Coffee 0/0 Oatmeal 2/2 FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/5 Picked at some leftover Valentine's day M&Ms 2/7 L: "Dump" soup (a mixture of about 5 cans of stuff) 2/9 Natural Ovens bagel 2/11 Steamed broc, zucc, yellow squash w/Parmesan cheese 1/12 D: Leftovers in the fridge 1 cup skim milk 2/14 Snack: yup Water: 48 oz so far Exercise: Treadmill for 46 min/3.3 miles/500 calories burned |
My WI was better than expected. I lost 1.8 lbs. and I don't really know how. Was at the top of my range or beyond all week. It must have been the exercise.
