okay, hopefully today will be more inspiring
breakfast- yoghurt 2 coffee lunch: meat loaf thingies 3 salad snack: latte 2 just 2 pts bar 2 dinner: fennel meat loaf thingies 4.5 potato bread 1 cheese 1/16.5 exercise- yoga at home, gym water: trying to get my 64 oz in, having a really hard time |
Not the best day. Stressed out. At least I got exercise -- and yoga -- in. But I dread my Wed. WI.
