Thought this was a cool idea -- he's trying to get as many 3FC's as possible to participate in a 5K this weekend -- run, walk, crawl, etc. -- check out a category that's right for you.

I'm participating in this as well. I'll just be walking around my block a few times. It'd be AMAZING if we were able to get 100 3FCer's to join in and do what they can :) Just think, we could make this a fun little annual thing.
