Let's see if I can get into the habit of this again....

Healthy Choice Soup 3/5
Natural Ovens bagel 2/7
FF cottage cheese 1/8

Chicken on a FF tortilla w/LF sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, LF cheese 5/13
Spanish rice 2/15
1 cup skim milk 2/17

Snack:
yup

Water:
32 oz so far (much harder to get the water in now that I'm home)

Exercise:
Treadmill for 50 minutes/3.5 miles/6% incline/4.3 MPH
Shoveled the 2 inches of snow from the driveway (40 minutes)

lunch: - again, the orange theme

2 slice ff american cheese (so not my thing, but oddly good 1/7.5
when toasted together)

carrot 0
snack:
just 2 pts bar 2/9.5
coffee -latte maybe 2.5/12.0
dinner:
jicama/pineapple salsa 1/13.0
cheeps 3/16.0
2 more pieces of potato bread 1/14.0
egg beaters 0
american cheese 1/15.0
2 pieces turkey bacon 1/16.0
almonds (really good) 4/20.0
exercise- yoga, dog walk and gym

I was on good behavior today. Weigh in day. Hopefully I can keep this up. BTW I lost a pound, which shocked me. I ate out A WHOLE LOT this week.

Morning

Midday
edamame 4

Evening
vigoraide 4
bean curd in garlic sauce 8

Total: 18

I don't know if I ever had an 18 pt. day before. I'll probably snack later so it it probably be more like 20-22 pts.
