Where is everyone. I've been overwhelmed with work and haven't posted my journal the last few days and I see I am not alone at not posting.
Yesterday was pretty bad but I am back on the horse today. I also got a belated second 10% gift -- a tatoo. It is cool. A celtic chain around my right upper arm. Morning vigoraide 4 soy butter, fruit spread, rice cake 2 Midday boca burger 1 cheese 1 lite english muffin 1 clear cole slaw 1 ww bar 2 Evening miso soup 1 edamame 1 hibachi vegetables 1 sushi 4 bean curd 2 green tea Total: 21 Exercise: spin class step class |

here is my friday and saturday for you: frid: breakfast: pain au levain 3/3 poached egg 2/5 hobbs ham 2/7 lunch: beets lentils, feta, vinegar 2/9 fennel, green beans, cherry tomatoes 1/10 tea cookie 1/11 hot cross bun 3/14 blts: 3/17 dinner: spinach salad w/black beans, feta cheese 3/20 dinner roll: 2/22 sips of dp's coffee milkshake 3/25 dessert: cookie 2/27 exercise: 60 min walk/hilly and run water: not enough saturday: breakfast: a couple bites of bad scone on plane 4/4 innards of a spinach pirosky 3/7 lunch: chicken 3/10 beets quinoa 2/12 shrimp 1/13 snack: just 2 pts 2/15 couple bites of ice cream (this is really not good) 3/18 dinner: turkey meatloaf 4/22 snack: hot cross bun (again, not good) 3/25 cookie 2/27 exercise:none water:not enough bad day - stressed out and very tired. no more early flights for me this month :) |
