it was not a good day. by food groups: cereal etc. 5.5/5.5 mexican: 3 grilled chicken tacos 12/17.5 starch: potatoes au gratin 3/20.5 dessert: skinny cow 2/22.5 mint just 2 pts 2/24.5 good for you: broccoslaw 0 asparagus salsa grapes 1/25.5 exercise: 40 min run (4 activity points) water: si,si vitamin: nope |
I also picked insanely all weekend long and did not care to face the music...TA DA
