Selection Plan info/ does anyone have it?
 

Does anyone happen to have the old WW Selection Plan program info? This was the plan prior to the Fat and Fiber plan? I lost my weight on the Selection Plan program in 1993 and still prefer that method but don't remember how many proteins, breads, fats, etc. I do know it was dependent on your current weight. I am looking for all of the categorys of the weights as my husband wants to do it as well.

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated..
