breakfast: lala's rendition of laurel's delight 5.5/5.5 laughing cow cheese light .5/6.0 coffee w/milch .5/6.5 lunch: pita w/boca burger 3/9.5 broccolislaw w/nf dressing snack: no idea dinner : no idea, going to flower and garden show :) exercise: yoga this am, 40 min elliptical tonight and walking at garden show water: si,si vitamin : si,si |

you might want to try carrots, fennel and hummous instead. i am also a sucker for cheese and DP brought back lots of yummy goat cheeses when we were in London. lala |

Yeah... let the DH's and DP's have a cook off! And guys, what is it about cheese and those predinner munchies? I indulged last night as well. :o
Then again, whenever my DH cooks I have to eat the low end for days! Morning - 5 bagel, cof Midday - 6 apple - 1, chinese chick Salad (drsg on the side) - 5 Evening - 10 Chicken in black bean sauce - 5, salad w/ dressing - 2, pasta broccoli - 3 Total - 21 banked 4 pts |
Not my best day by a stretch. Hopefully I can turn things around starting tomorrow.
