Need Dessert Recipe???

I got a recipe several years ago at a WW meeting It kinda sounds gross but sooooo good and very low in points. I can only remember it has buttermilk, pineapple, FF cool whip I think SF FF angel food cake. Does this ring a bell w/ any one. Any ideas???

I am NOT familiar with this recipe. However, honestly, if you make an angel food cake, put some canned pineapple on top and FF or low fat cool whip on top, it should taste very good and be low in points.

I remember one where you take the dry angel food cake mix and stir it in with a can of crushed pineapple. Pour it into a 9x11 pan that's been sprayed. Bake @ 350* for about 30 minutes.

That sounds easier than trying to make angel food from the box cake mix. I tried that, disaster... :D

crushed pineapple mixed in light vanilla yogurt is very good also, good sub. for ice cream.
