Howdy from Alaska! I am a Weight Watcher retread (attended my first meeting in years last night) and have been browsing the web looking for neat websites. Besides 3FC (which is great), I found another one last week that I liked. My problem is I can't access it now. The site says access is forbidden or something like that.

Can anyone help? If anyone knows how or knows her she can email me back ([email protected]) with what I need to do. I really liked her site - she had great recipes and a great attitude!

Hello another good site that helps me a lot is www.foodcount.com It lists many things to look up. Hope this helps..... Patti

BTW, what do the numbers mean under your name? Does it mean present weight and goal weight?

Beginning weight
Present "
Goal "
