I am new to this site but have been a lifetime WW since 1973 with many many "starting overs" through those years. I hope that this time I am able to stay at my goal weight but it is always a struggle as you all must be aware of.
I can say that getting to goal many times has not been the issue with me but staying on maintence has been my downfall. I know that in the past and still today WW does not have a group just for maintence people, I wish that they did because I know that would help.
I hope to visit here frequently to get ideas in suggestions.

Well, you are telling me the story of my life. I have no pearls of wisdom to tell you. All I do is pick myself up, dust myself off and start all over again, I am sure many dieters can tell the same story. You can get a lot of inspiration from the maintainers forum. I wish you the best of luck.

Jad: Feel free to join us on the Thin4Life discussion. We're a small group of LT members who support each other to stay on track as Lifetime members. We all struggle from time to time and I know I've found that attending weekly meetings and weighing in helps me to stay on track and keep things honest. I've been a LT member since July '99 and over the years I've struggled--it truly is a lifetime commitment. I have a leader who incorporates the Lifetime members into the meeting so it really helps both the Lifetime member as well as the new members and those who are approaching their goal. Keep up the great work!
