Hi all, quick post before I hit my spatial statistics workshop.
breakfast: luna bar 4/4 coffee lunch: beets amy's pizza pocket thingie 5/9 laughing cow cheese 1/10 snack: latte 2/12 just 2 pts 2/14 dinner: salad 1/15 chicken burger (ate chicken breast and one piece of bread) 7/22 english muffin 2/24 cheese 3/27 exercise: yup, run at gym vitamin: si,si water: not enough |
Oooooo Lala - pumpkin ravioli sounds so good.
Morning 5 bagel, cof Midday - 7 biz lunch - wonton soup - 2, chinese chick salad vry light on dressing - non existant chicken - 5 Evening - 22 So, hubby knew I was burnt from biz meetings and took me out wine - 4?, pasta- 4, risotto - 6+?, veal - 3, dessert - 5 Est Total 34 I'm prob est. low??? water - yup |
must lose those 4 pounds....grrrr....

really must run, however, laurel i too gained 3 lbs overnight!

Just back from my WI. Lost 2.6 lbs. for the past two weeks with about 1.8 of that being from this week according to my home scale. This brings me down into the 140s and a lower food range, which I will officially start tomorrow.
Range: 20-25 Morning veggie sausage 2 egg whites 1 rice cake with fruit spread 1 Midday pierogies 6 sour cream 2 vigoraide soy drink 4 Evening vegetarian chili 4 cauliflower 0 pasta 2 ww bar 2 Total: 24 |
