unclear, probably left over chicken, rice a roni, some vegetable matter- lots of vegetable matter it seems :(
exercise: 1 hour dog putter in arboreteum, 40 min gym excursion

drink - 2, ahi - 1, chicken lettuce wraps - 2, shrimp - 5, chicken - 5, rice - 2, broc and spicach - 1
