(Please, dear Self, don't pick all day long!!!) actual total: 22.5 - not too bad |
ahhh. the yodeling cat strikes again.
breakfast: turkey meatloaf 4/4 english muffin 1.5/5.5 bbq sauce .5/6 coffee lunch: 2 pts bar 2/8 toblerone peak 1/9 snack: newman's own salt free 94% fat free popcorn 4/13 another just 2! pts bar 2/15 dinner: unclear, probably left over chicken, rice a roni, some vegetable matter- lots of vegetable matter it seems :( exercise: 1 hour dog putter in arboreteum, 40 min gym excursion water:si,si vitamin: si,si |
