Points Booster
Hi,I have a question to ask.I know that weight watchers has a Points Booster to figure Activity points for The Winning Points, but did they ever have a Points Booster for the 123 Success.I have the Points Booster for the Winning Points, but I cant use that Booster for the 123 Success, can I?Thanks

No, 123 Success didn't involve a Points Booster. The way it worked was this:
Every day you were supposed to do 20 minutes of exercise--movement of some description. Walk around the block, do housecleaning, get friendly with your spouse ( :) !!!), anything that got your heart going. For every 20 minutes AFTER That first 20 minutes, you got an extra Point to spend on whatever you wanted. So if you took a 60 minute class, say, the first 20 minutes went to WW and the last 40 (And thus 2 Points) went in your 'pocket'. Whether you can use the Winning Points Pointsfinder with 123 Success, I do not know. I ignore exercise points. If I'm hungry, I eat a bit more, if I'm not, I don't. :) |
Hi,
I do 123 Success except for the activity part. For that, I use the Winning Points points booster. The difference between the programs is that the point range for 123 Success includes 2 activity points. So, I use the slider to calculate the points I've earned, then subtract 2, which takes into account the 2 that are included in the point range. Then I know if I have any extra to bank or eat that day, if I'm extra hungry. I prefer to do it this way because the points booster is, IMHO, a more accurate measure of the activity I'm doing. Hope this helps. Lin |
