Morning (4) 1/2 sm. banana - 1, cof - 1, 1/2 bagel - 2 Midday (6) bread - 1, grilled veggies - 1, tuna - 4 Evening (13) wine - 2, chicken - 3, lasagna - 6, spinach - 1 total -23 water - yup |
yup, databases are wierd things....
breakfast: coffee 1/1 donut day, who knows? lunch: morningstar burgerthingie 1/2 0 pt soup laughing cow light cheese 1/3 just 2 pts 2/5 grapefruit orange thing 2/7 some m&ms 2/9 dinner: turkey meatloaf ala mark bittman- the minimalist cooks at home 5/14 english muffin 2/16 stilton 2/18 artichoke toblerone peak 1/19 - these must go 1/2 vegan donut 4/23 exercise: gym- 40 mins elliptical, dog putter and jog 30 mins water: si,si vitamin; si,si |
I couldn't even get in last night. Forgot to post my journal today. Oh well. Here is today's:
Today was a real relaxing day with DH. He has been taking Fridays off. It is great. Morning light english muffin 1 soy butter 1 fruit spread 1 Midday indian chickpeas with brown rice entrée 6 red peppers 0 protein bar pieces 1.5 rice cake with soy butter 1.5 Evening grilled tofu 3 grilled veggies 0 chai 4 pasta 2 sauce 1 Total: 22 Exercise: weight training step/toning interval class |
