Breakfast!
It's amazing how a good breakfast really does keep you going - it's 11:23 and I'm not hungry at all! I had cereal with yogurt instead of milk and strawberries at 8:30 - and haven't even wanted any snacks.

I do this yummy thing from my recipe club that I love. It is a WW english muffin half, almond butter and a whole apple sliced and put on top of the muffin. It keeps me really full. I have lots more great breakfast ideas. I agree it is an important meal.

I like to have oatmeal and a slice of toast. That oatmeal sticks to the ribs.
