Hi ho, its off to work we go.
breakfast: coffee 1/1 all bran muffins 4/5 lunch: beets veggie soup english muffin 2/7 gruyere cheese 2/9 just 2 pts 2/11 snack: coffee chex mix - i was desperate 4/15 dinner: really good and healthy dinner- english muffin and peanut butter 5/20 toblerone peaks (2) 2/22 exercise: gym, 1.5 mile run, .5 mile row water: i suppose vitamin: si,si goal for today: get some work done. and take down christmas tree. lala |

morning - 3 1/2 bagel - 2, cof - 1 midday - 7 fish taco - I swear it was a new place! - 5, apple - 1 bite of power bar before track - 1 evening (14) cheese - 1, went with the salmon... - 7 pasta - 4, apparagus - 0, dessert - 2 TOTAL - 24 banked 1 exercised tonight - earned 2 points ... body was just not up to par |
Went for the biopsy today. It wasn't bad. Just a little exhausting emotionally...:^: Anyway, quite a day for comfort food
b: 2 sl lt rye tst w/pnut butter & jelly 3.5 banana 2 coffee/milk 1 l: a real bagel 6 lt cream cheese 3 bit of salmon 2 grapefruit juice 2 choc milk 2.5 d: turkey breast (you should pardon the expression) 3 roasted potatoes 3 salad w/lt dsg .5 exercise: getting booby squeezed about 40 times:p |
Real stressful day! I hope the chinese today doesn't blow my WI Wednesday.
