Way too much fun eating yesterday.
Morning (5.5) 1/2 apple - .5, tamale - 4, cof - 1 Midday (5) Hey Laurel... want to come for leftovers?? meatloaf - 5, lots of raw veggies Evening (15) Hubby made roast chicken with stuffing... I'm in trouble!@ wine - 2, Chicken - 4, 3/4 c stuffing - 6, bok choy - 1 trying new dessert Strawberries with balsamic vinegar and sugar drizzling... - 2 pts per cup |
Patch, the meatloaf sounds good, the chicken sounds super. How were the berries?

Ate lunch late and have been fighting the munchies every since.

breakfast: coffee tamale 4 lunch: roll 2 chicken filled saffron ravioli w/a red pepper sauce and ratatouille 4 water coffee dinner: rubios health mex fish taco 4 jalepenos a bit of lobster burrito 2 latte 2 plane and beyond: almonds 2 bite of cheese plates - why even bother 3 crackers 2 grapes and satsumas 2 part of DP's espresso brownie 3 exercise: puttering around - walking and goggling over arts and crafts houses in pasadena vitamin: si,si water: no, no total: 30 without even really trying |
