Can somebody PLEASE help me with Microwave popcorn? Does anybody have a list of popcorns with the point values? I went to the store today & I wanted to get popcorn, Once I started looking at ALL the different kinds I got so confused when I started TRYING to get the point value for them...So I just got "Pop Secret Movie Theater Butter" snack size, Im sure thats not the good kind, But I was so aggravated I just got it. Thank You!

Movie Theater Butter is the worst - always look for 94% if you want the lightest .

Don't forget you can always pop regular old popcorn in a brown paper lunch sack in the micro without adding any fat. It's the lowest point way to have microwave popcorn!

There's a sticky on micro popcorn under WW Food and points issues. I'm going to try the paper bag thing, I got a pack of them at the dollar store, I just need to get a bag of popping corn. thanks for the idea.
