How many points for me?

For my weight, 250, how many points do you think is a good start?

Kelly_S 09-14-2007 02:13 PM

Well legally we cannot give you that information and if we did give it out on here we and this site could be in trouble.

Points are based on more than just weight now. There are 5 factors:

age
weight
height
gender
daily activity not including exercise

There are several ways to join W/W:

1) at home version...you order and they send you all the materials at one time and a few of the specialty items like a calculator and the food/dining out companions (I believe)

2) online...for a small monthly fee you can join and get all the information on line and not have to attend meeings

3) meetings...pay a registration fee plus weekly fees. Some areas have packages you can buy. Additionally you can purchase e-tools which is very similar to the online program but is a supplement to the meetings.

4) Monthly Pass...this is not available in all regions but for a monthly fee of about $40 you can attend meetings PLUS get access to e-tools (which is very similar to the online program as stated before).

Thank you. Is there a way to check where the closest meeting to me is?
