Hmmm thought I had started this... getting senile

Morning (11)
cereal/milk - 1, apple - 1,
after "run"... 1/2 bagel - 2, cof -1, 2 hardboiled eggs - 4, eng muf - 2.

Midday (8)
movie Popcorn - 5, candy - 3

Evening (26)
cheese - 2, bread - 2, drinks - 6, steak - 7, creamed spinach - 2, potato - 1, cheese cake - 6

Exercise - racewalked 8 miles earned 10 points

Total - 45 - 10 = 35
Yikes! good thing I did some exercise today.

exercise: none other than walking around
water: not really
