I havent been on here in FOREVER and I also have never heard of the wendi plan...Can somebody explain or send a link?? Thanks Again :dizzy:

Can you tell me if it works like WW ... I did WW about 2 years ago and lost 38lbs... gained it back..now I doing it again

The Wendi Plan is still about points just staggering them, as you can see by the link Susan gave you. Many people calorie counters included swear by staggering.

The real trick is finding something you can stick with for life. Its a lifestyle not a diet. It doesnt end like diets do. ;)
