Weight Watchers Help?

Hi everyone,

Is anyone on the Weight Watchers program? I'm trying to find out how many calories are in a point? I know that each point is a calorie/fat/fiber ratio but i still don't know what 1 point is. Can anyone help? I'd be much obliged!

thanks,
Annie

It averages to about 50 calories per point give or take...

Not currently, but I have been a few times in the past. It works if you keep at it. I lost 40lbs with it more the once, but I went back to counting calories. Comes to the same thing.

For me personally I found I was slipping in too many low-point empty calories, because it was "allowed" so I wanted to just concentrate on the quality of food. Not that you can't totally do that on WW too though!

I wish you lots of luck on your WW journey!

Hi Annie -

I'm on Weight Watchers too. I have counted calories in the past, but I think the points system is easier. I have done well with it previously, but got off track and put the weight back on. So I'm trying again. This is actually my first week back on program and it's going pretty good. Two parties this weekend though. So any time you want to compare notes, just give me a yell.

Bernadette
