Points allowance

Hi

Could someone please let me know how the daily points allowance is worked out?

Im 16st 3lbs and recon its around 20 per day.

It is no longer just based on weight...there are 5 factors that come into play:

age
gender
weight
height
daily physical activity not including exercise

legally we are not allowed to give out the daily points allowance to a person.
