Portion sizes with chicken
 

I'm new to the 3FC website and have a question -- I know that WW recipes normally specify how many ounces each chicken breast should be, but a lot of the recipes here just say 6 chicken breast halves, etc. Can anyone give me a guideline for how big each chicken breast should be? 4 ounces, or 5 ounces? Thanks in advance.

the average breast is about 8 oz so 1/2 a breast is about 4 oz. This is just in general....
