breakfast: coffee all bran blueberry muffins 4/4 lunch: ww veggie soup gruyere cheese 2/6 satsumas butter cookies 3/9 yoghurt 2/11 dinner: no idea, probably something with lots of veggies |

Morning (6) luvvvv that bagel! - 4, cof - 1, apple - 1 Midday Maybe... Fish Tacos!!! - 5 Evening (17.5) wine - 2, meatloaf - 10, potato - 1.5, skinny cow - 4 Total - 28.5 - 2 = 26.5 Exercise - 3 miles walking = 2 pts earned |

back to the old familiar (and hopefully effective)... b: cheerios/almonds/raisins/milk 6 L: ham sand 2 carrot stix croutons 1 orange 1 d: spaghetti* & meatballs 9 (*I hear WW upped the pasta points to 4 points per cup) salad w/lt dsg .5 bread 2 snack: bites of cold pizza :rolleyes: 3 choc milk 2.5 total: 26 exercise: elliptical 40 mins -2 |
