Does anyone have an extra WW points chart they wouldn't mind sending me? I just can't get myself to go to a meeting and this would really get me started. Please reply to email: [email protected]

If you don't want to attend meetings, you can still go to a Weight Watchers center and purchase the Food Companion and Dining Out Companion. You don't have to be a paying member to buy these. Weight Watchers is more than happy to sell them to everyone (at least most centers are!). Good luck!
