My stomach was really messed up today. I hope it starts to feel better. Funny, even that doesn't stop me from eating. In fact I ate some crystallized ginger and the mint ww bar to try to calm it down, which meant more sugar, and more points, than I intended. Morning ww smoothie 3 strawberries 1 Midday tomato soup 3 tofu 4 pasta 2 ww bar 2 Evening veggie sub 6 crystallized ginger 3 Total: 24 Exercise: kickboxing |
OK now Myra it's one point not 20, don't be so hard on yourself... you did 24 points NOT 44 (like me???)
I on the other hand... had Morning Ham and Cheese Croissant - 8, cof - 1 Midday chicken cutlet - 5, macaroni and cheese - 3 popcorn - 5, candy - 3 yup a movie Evening Cheese - 3, wine - 4, thai food -- 10 with friends let's see that totals - 42 - 4 = 38 Even the 4 mile walk (earning 4 points) doesn't save me - |
