Not a bad day. First day in a while I felt somewhat in control.

I agree Myra. I too am feeling much more in control. Went over in points on Saturday, but not from mindless picking which is really my downfall.
b: cheerios/raisins/milk 5 1/2 boca burger .5 l: turkey wing 4 fruit salad 1 d: thai restaurant "Wounded Elephant" cocktail (vodka/litchee juice/cassis:dizzy: ) 3 cold noodle salad 2 chicken curry w/rice 9 bites of creme brulee 3 later: hot chocolate 4 total: 31.5 exercise: not really :( took a walk |
