Journal Christmas Day
Not bad for Christmas but higher than I wanted to go the day before weighing in especially considering the week I had filled with eating out, rushing around, other stresses and eat fests and too much sweets.
Morning egg whites 1 veggie sausage links 1 light english muffin 1 fruit spread 1 Midday pierogies 6 tomato soup 2 ww bar 2 cookies 3 Evening boca spicy chicken patty 3 broccoli 0 butternut squash 2 crescent roll 2 Total: 24 Not bad for Christmas but higher than I wanted to go the day before weighing in especially considering the week I had filled with eating out, rushing around, other stresses and eat fests and too much sweets. let's not really talk about yesterday. I am still feeling the effects. I am cranky, sluggish and feeling like I did before I started my journey. bleah. breakfast: coffee bacon 8 potatoes 5 eggs 2 fruit 1 snack: just 2 pts 2 cookie 2 blts 4 dinner: chili-artichoke wontons 7 turkey 4 brussel sprouts, bacon and chestnuts 2 broccoli and cheese sauce 5 albalu polo (rice with sour cherries) 4 salad celeriac mashed potatoes 2 gravy 2 buche de noel 5 persimmon pudding 1 total of day of gluttony: 50 pts give or take with no alcohol consumed, can you believe it? |
One thing on my side was that I knew I had to WI today (Wed.) so I couldn't go too overboard, plus I've been fighting a lousy stomach. Well I'm off to my meeting in a few minutes. Wish me luck. I know I didn't lose. Hopefully I didn't gain everything I unofficially lost last week.
