vigoraide soy drink 4 Midday Japanese again. This time in the restaurant where they keep on giving us all free stuff because we eat there so much. It is so cool but makes it hard to plan. miso 2 hibachi veggies 1 sushi 6 edamame 1 sashimi 4 dessert 3 Evening spaghetti squash 0 tofu 2.5 salsa 0 protein bar pieces 1 Total: 24.5 Exercise: weight training step/toning interval class shopping (lots of walking) |

breakfast: biscotti (gotta get these out of the house) 4/4 coffee lunch: cup of soup 2/6 salad cornbread muffin 4/10 snack: cookie 3/13 dinner: watching the original grinch :) w/friends deep dish pizza (small piece) exercise: nope, still feeling icky water: yup vitamin: yup |
