Default I DID IT!!!! I made my 10% goal...

I am sooo excited !!!!!!! I joined 5 weeks ago and in those weeks I have lost my 1st 16 lbs!!!! I am so thankful to the weight watchers program as well as to all of you on this board that has offered support and suggestions. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

If there is anyone out there reading this that is THINKING about joining the program--DO IT!!!! What have you got to lose, except that extra weight you are carrying around. I wish I had joined a year ago when I first started thinking about it. I would probably be at my goal weight by now.

Merry Christmas all!!

Chris,

What a fabulous Christmas present to give to yourself; the gift of better health. I too joined WW in November and to date have lost 12 lbs.

Keep up the good work and continued success to you in achieving your goals.

Pam

Default Congratulations!!

Congratulations on your weight loss! I also joined WW 5 weeks ago but an sorry to say I never stuck with the program. :0 Too much stress for me around the holidays...I know it's just an excuse! Now I'm because I know what I could have done in those weeks just like you!! Keep up the good work. I'm going back to my first meeting since joining on Thursday. You inspire me!!

I am so happy for you... I was planning on rejoining before the holidays, but I talked myself out of it knowing there would be lots of food and challenges. Needless to say I gained 8 lbs over the holidays. But now i'm back to reality and I know I have to do something about my weight. So next thursday I'm rejoining WW.
Do you have any tips, suggestions, anything???

1day:

For me, making my mind up to lose weight was half the battle. Just embrace the program and drink your water. And don't get discourged if you dont lose as fast as you want--small loses add up.
