Morning (4) 1/2 bagel - 2, fruit - 1, cof - 1 Midday (11) roastbeef wrap - 5, chips - 1, fruit - 2, cookie - 3, veggies -0 office spread - unfortunatel it did... attach to my hips :( Evening (14) going out "again" - getting tired of this! drink - 3, pasta - 3, sauce - 5, shrimp 1, beef - 2 total - 29 water - 32oz so far exercise - 1/2 hr walking - earned 1 point |
hmm. remember at one ww meeting years ago, someone suggested wearing a surgical mask while cooking. It was amazing how many times she put her spoon or fingers to her mouth to sample.
Might scare DD though :).... breakfast: oatmeal 4/4 lunch: salad 3/7 satsuma 1/8 soup 2/10 dinner: 2 pc. potato bread 3/13 just 2 pts 2/15 turkey sub or something 5/20 snack: yoghurt carrots exercise; yup, slow though, took a big break - 40 min dog putter (slow, but deliberate) water; oh maybe vitamin: yup goal for today: to try and be a nicer and more patient lala |
Tried to go to my meeting this morning, but it was canceled. But according to my home scale I lost about 3 lbs.
Morning vigoraide soy drink 4 Midday bean curd in garlic sauce 8 ww bar 2 Evening Xmas party appetizer pizza piece 5 lox and cream cheese appetizer 2 crab salad on cucumber slice 5 seltzer 0 Total: At least 26 pts. The Christmas party was hard to figure out. |

Thanks Lalala, but I don't really deserve all of the praise. I was still hungry and the late night munchies got a hold of me so you have to add about five more points to that total which puts me way over.
