Morning (5) oatmeal - 2, fruit - 1, cof - 1, 1/4 bagel - 1 Midday (est 5) prob Fish Tacos Dinner (est 19) Soup - 1, Chicken Parmesan 4oz - 10 , spaghetti w/ oil and garlic - 5, greens - 1, skinny cow - 2 Est. Total - 29 will be walking some of this off tomorrow morn. Water - 48 oz?? |
